scoop crew member / production assistant
As part of our production and front of house teams, you’ll work closely with both customers — and in the making of all our frozen treats — including ice cream, cakes, mix-ins and toppings. You must be responsible, highly efficient, creative and obsessively neat and organized. You must be a good problem solver, hard-working, personable and willing to take direction. While no professional pastry experience is necessary, an affinity and love of baking is.
We’re looking for candidates with the potential for long-term employment.
Must be at least 18 years old and available nights (4-10pm) and weekends.
Begins immediately. Part time. Wage dependent on experience.

Flexible work schedule. 30-40 hours/week.
Starting at $18-$20/hour + tips, DOE.
Qualifications:
A love of ice cream and a desire to make memorable ice creams and desserts
Good with people, comfortable working in a customer service role
Good problem solver, hard working and able to work independently
Detail oriented, highly efficient, obsessively neat and organized
At least 18 years of age with 1-2 years retail or professional kitchen experience
Prepared to work throughout the year, at least 30 hours per week — including days evenings and weekends
Able to work at least 6 hours on your feet
Able to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 50 pounds
Have valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
Responsibilities include:
Work closely with Annie to manage the shop’s operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Sweet Annie’s.
Take a leading role in the production of our ice creams, toppings, mix ins and baked goods
Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and exceeding our guest’s expectations
Collaborate in the development of new ice cream flavors and menu items
Help manage inventory and keep supplies and products stocked at all time
Maintain proper health and safety regulations in both the kitchen and service areas
Participate in training of new staff members
